February saw the latest in our series of annual Building Community Networks conferences held at the Wellcome Collection in London. The day marked the end of our Life in the Community project and featured a series of ‘chatshows’ where delegates could find out how some of the people taking part in the project got connected with their community.
Highlights from the day included Anne Williams, National Director for Learning Disabilities, talking about the launch of Valuing People Now and a lively show by MiXiT, an inclusive popgroup.
